Run Through the Čáčov Fields 2026: Seven Podium Finishes for ŠK Jablonica

The final weekend of May belonged to the traditional Run Through the Čáčov Fields race in Senica, an event that is part of the Moravian-Slovak Running Cup series. Athletes of all ages gathered at the starting line, including a strong team from ŠK Jablonica.

Our athletes competed across multiple age categories, from the youngest children to the adult race. The result was a series of strong performances, valuable points for the cup standings, and a total of seven podium finishes.

The youngest girls delivered the biggest highlights. Vivien Kubisová won the girls' category for athletes born in 2021–2022, finishing in 52.2 seconds. Another victory came from Natália Kubisová, who claimed first place in the girls' category for athletes born in 2023 and younger.

Second-place finishes were achieved by Sebastián Jozefík in the boys' 2015–2016 category, Tobias Kubisa among boys born in 2021–2022, Diana Ochotnická in the junior girls' race, and Šimon Ochotnický in the junior boys' race.

Another podium finish came from Veronika Ochotnická, who secured third place in the girls' 2021–2022 category.

Several other club members also represented ŠK Jablonica with determination and commitment, gaining valuable racing experience in highly competitive fields. In the main 6.6 km race, Miroslava Ochotnická completed the course in a time of 42:14.5.

The event once again demonstrated the strength of the club's youth development program. Young athletes from ŠK Jablonica performed admirably and showed promising potential for future competitions.
