Tamara Svatíková finished third at TIPOS Challenge Slovakia and set a new personal best in the 100 m

Strong competition, a high-level meeting and another important performance for ŠK Jablonica athlete Tamara Svatíková. On May 23, 2026, she competed at the TIPOS Challenge Slovakia meeting in Martin, part of the World Athletics Continental Tour Bronze series.

The event was organized by the Slovak Athletic Federation and featured many of the top Slovak and international athletes. The main program also included the women's 100 m and 100 m hurdles events.

Tamara delivered a strong performance in the 100 m hurdles, finishing in 3rd place with a time of 13.78 s. Although the race was run with wind assistance above the legal limit (+3.1 m/s), the performance once again confirmed her excellent current form following her qualification for the World U20 Championships.

She also competed in the flat 100 m sprint, where she finished 7th and recorded a new personal best of 12.04 s.

For Tamara, the meeting in Martin represented another important step in the season and further confirmation of her consistent progress ahead of the summer championship peak.
