Bronze in the Long Jump, Two Fourth Places and a Personal Best for Tamara Svatíková in Čadca

The Slovak U23 Championships, held in Čadca during the last weekend of June, brought together the country's best young athletes. Representing ŠK Jablonica, Tamara Svatíková took on an ambitious programme across three events and once again demonstrated her versatility at the national level.

Her biggest success came in the long jump, where she reached 556 cm to win the bronze medal. Competing against older athletes, Tamara secured another national championship podium finish and confirmed her quality beyond the hurdles.

She also came very close to another medal in the 100 m hurdles. After advancing comfortably from the heats with a time of 14.23 seconds, she finished fourth in the final, narrowly missing the podium in a highly competitive race.

Tamara completed her championship weekend in the 200 metres, where she clocked 25.15 seconds, setting a new personal best and finishing fourth once again. Achieving a personal record at a national championship is an excellent reward for consistent training and continued progress.

Three events, one bronze medal, two fourth-place finishes and a new personal best made for an outstanding championship weekend. The event photographs capture both the intensity of competition and the joy that followed another successful performance.

Tamara's performances in Čadca once again highlighted her ability to compete successfully across multiple disciplines. With a national medal and several top-class performances, she heads into the remainder of the summer season with excellent momentum.
